A sangha is a mindfulness practice group. Sanghas are volunteer-led, and give people an opportunity to share, support, and be nourished by the practice.

I practice mindfulness in the tradition of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh, widely regarded as one of the foremost mindfulness teachers in the world. His approach is known for its immediacy and a flexible, creative approach.

I support sangha development in Ireland through Mindfulness Ireland and Wake Up, and have founded two Dublin-based sanghas.

Fresh Morning Sangha (online, for adults)

We meet Tuesday and Thursday mornings for an early sit and also have other sessions for circle sharing and to generate and offer lovingkindness. Full details here.

Suaimhneas Sangha (for adults)

'Suaimhneas' means a feeling of ease, serenity or peace. See facebook.com/suaimhneassangha for details of the group and upcoming meetings.

Sonas Sangha (for children & adults)
