Do you experience anxiety often and easily? Many of us go through our daily lives with a low-level thrum of worry: a mild ‘fight or flight’ reflex, always at the ready to cope with whatever life may throw at us.
Over time, we can become chronically ‘tightened’: less able to feel a sense of deep ease, to accept change, to simply be in the present moment.
This course explores our habit of anxiety and offers practices to ease our chronic tension and worrying, while developing new habits to let go, help our body and mind feel at ease and learn to relax deeply.
