Online course
An 8-week mindfulness-based course exploring how we nurture wellbeing, resilience, joy and meaning in our life.
Can happiness be strengthened? In recent years, scientific research on what influences our sense of happiness and life satisfaction has opened up possibilities for improving our wellbeing.
Through mindfulness, this course will explore our sense of happiness, and study practical exercises that can increase our positive experience of daily life.

Good things to know
Classes are held on Zoom.
Our weekly sessions are experiential, so we’ll practice in circle together and share our experience (and there’s no pressure to share)
This is a ‘Zoom-lite’ space so your cameras can be off. Your only job is to make yourself comfortable to explore this together.
