Your Happiness Hub Pack
Thank you for being part of Ireland at The World Happiness Fest 2020. By hosting a happiness hub, you’re creating space for people to explore and strengthen their sense of wellbeing and happiness.
Whether your Happiness Hub is a school class, library, yoga group, mindfulness group, community organisation, business, club or family - I hope that you enjoy the exploration and I appreciate you helping to make Ireland a happier place.
There are 3 things to download below:
Your Happiness Hub Pack - guide to 10 practices
social media images - if you’d like to share and highlight online #worldhappinessfest
printables & activity sheets - A4 & A5 signs, colouring sheets and activities
VIDEO & Guided recordings
You can download ‘Joy of Basic Needs’ or listen online, and for ease I’m linking to two deep relaxations on the free app InsightTimer.
This is a short video introducing Starfish - a simple and effective practice for caring for our anxiety or busy mind.
Logo downloads
There are two logo shapes - square and rectangular. You have them on a transparent background and on a white background.
What does a Happiness Hub look like?
It might be a pop-up Happiness Hub during the month: it could be a single classroom activity, deep relaxation at the end of yoga class, a mindful walk organised at work or a mindfulness group devoting a whole session to cultivating happiness. Or you might keep the Hub open during March, exploring a few practices each week to discover what works best for your group.
(Donations really help to make this work possible - if you want to donate, there’s a button at the base of this page.)
Thank you for supporting the World Happiness Festival!
