Meditation: ocean of kindness

This meditation connects us with our beautiful breath.

We enjoy each in-breath as though it was a low wave drawing along the shoreline. Our receding breath can release tension or holding, the way that a wave nudges pebbles or debris along the seashore. And then allow each breath to be emanating from an ocean of peace - or calm, or whatever your heart needs right now. Each breath brings the potential to 'light up' this gift in every cell of your being.
