In this practice, we tap into three of our natural strengths to be present in this moment.

This is a simple and effective way to ‘aerate’ the moment when we feel a little stuck, tired or overwhelmed.

We invite our curiosity to explore the moment, then use our strength of self-regulation to stay with our moving breath and finally expand outwards (strength of perspective) to take a wider view.
